We will send a Square invoice to your order's email address once a project is accepted. Upon non-refundable payment, JDEM Suite will begin the requested project. GRAPHICS | LOGOS | OTHER PROJECTS
Please complete the graphic request form on the Jasmine Delana Brand website to begin your process. Upon non-refundable payment through Square invoicing, JDEM Suite will start the requested project. Invoices must be paid within three (3) days of the date sent unless otherwise specified by JDEM Suite. BUNDLE GRAPHICS
There is a 30-day period in which one can use bundle graphics. Your payment is forfeited if, after 30 days, the client has not provided information for each graphic requested; unless otherwise discussed, specified, and agreed upon by JDEM Suite.
GRAPHIC REVISIONS
All graphics come with three (3) complimentary revisions - all subsequent changes require an additional $25 per round. Adjustments could take up to 24-48 hours to complete. After finalizing a graphic, no changes can be made without being charged an additional fee, regardless of whether the three (3) complimentary rounds were utilized before final approval.
LOGO REVISIONS
All logos come with six (6) rounds of revisions - all subsequent reviews require an additional $50 per round. Changes could take up to 24-48 hours to complete. After finalizing a logo, no changes can be made without being charged an additional fee, regardless of whether the six (6) complimentary rounds were utilized before final approval.
GRAPHIC RETENTION
We reserve the right to client projects from The Suite files after three (3) months. All logo projects, brochures, pamphlets, magazines, and booklet projects will remain within The Suite files for a maximum of six (6) months.
PROJECT CLOSEOUT
JDEM Suite has the right to close out non-progressive projects after a seven (7) day grace period from a 60-day time frame (from deposit/payment). You will have forfeited your payment. If we reach a consensus to conclude the project, the progress of the project and any payments made will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Suite reserves the right to cancel or extend any project as we see fit. We will notify customers of any cancellations by sending a letter to the email address provided on their order form. Cancellation guidelines and forfeitures will vary per client and will be outlined in the work agreement cancellation letter sent on a per-customer basis.
PROOF-READING
Please ensure all verbiage is spelled and appropriately placed before finalizing the graphic. If misspellings are on printed material, JDEM is not responsible. Reprinting will be at the sole discretion and expense of the purchaser.
GRAPHIC SHARING
Please be advised that JDEM Suite reserves the right to share completed projects on our choosing's social networks, including but not limited to the Jasmine Delana Brand Website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

PSDs are not available under any circumstance.
